Consulting in mid-size city

Hey guys, need advice. I have been accepted to M7 b-school and I am trying to break into consulting (MBB + tier 2). However, I might have to be based out of Salt Lake City for 3 years post MBA. How limiting would that be for my recruiting opportunities? Is it even possible to be in a smaller city and get an MBB job and how would that work?

Thanks so much!

Doable but you would have to pay for your flights from SLC to whatever city you choose, and spend a couple of Fridays per month in your home office. It must be a pain but I bet you have a good reason.
