Consulting in mid-size city

Hey guys, need advice. I have been accepted to M7 b-school and I am trying to break into consulting (MBB + tier 2). However, I might have to be based out of Salt Lake City for 3 years post MBA. How limiting would that be for my recruiting opportunities? Is it even possible to be in a smaller city and get an MBB job and how would that work?

Thanks so much!
