Conversation with HF Recruiter - Undergrad

Hey guys - as buyside recruiting jumps earlier and earlier, I was recently contacted by recruiters are some of the large multimanagers (Cit, P72)...etc and have a couple calls with internal recruiters.

I've been on banking networking calls but really the first time interfacing with internal buyside recruiters - what's the expectation? What is actually fruitful to ask? How can I help them in their job and be a more "frictionless" candidate for HR?
