Certificates in general are always weird because rarely will an employer see one on your resume and think "oh this guy has a certificate! He's a must-hire." Essentially, what they do for you is expand your knowledge base - and I don't mean to diminish that at all - but you have to consider what you're getting it for.

If you're trying to learn a bit more about RE and don't know much to begin with, these certificate programs are ok. I don't think anyone will give you a job because of it though. I think certificate programs are better suited for like college juniors or seniors, currently enrolled in business school, that want to learn about that given subject area.
