Corp Dev Interview (Sports Media space) - recommendations

Hey guys,

1 year M&A associate here, have a Corp Dev interview coming up and wanted to know what I should look into before D-Day. Tried to get as much out form the HR as possible but info was limited (she just said: "motivation, personal and case study").

The business is a big sports media and marketing company, the position would be in the M&A and Partnerships team so pretty cool.

My plan was to go over:
- company structure, divisions, product offering (obviously)
- industry trends, challenges and opportunities
- company positioning within the landscape and thoughts around potential M&A/alliance ideas
- brush up on my technicals (although not really sure what I should study exactly... obviously knowing how to build an LBO is pointless but im guessing I should know general accounting, sector financials, etc?)

am I forgetting anything?

thanks a lot
