Corp Fin F10 vs Big 4 Consulting Internship

Hey guys, I'm a junior from a non-target with a dual major in Finance and IT (3.85 GPA). I have no prior experience and 2 offers for my junior summer: Corp Fin with UnitedHealth and KPMG Advisory - Financial Services Solutions (Implementation Consulting). I'm trying to break into IB as a lateral hire 1-2 years out of undergrad by doing something relevant (valuation, TAS, Corp Banking) or top b-school.
I am just wondering how hard it is to transition from Big 4 consulting to TAS as an intern to FT, or should I pick the Corp Fin and apply for an independent valuation firm out of undergrad. The Corp Fin is more relevant to the technical skills needed, but the consulting gig seems like it has a broader exposure to the industry and the client-facing environment, where I can network and improve my soft skills. Also, which one looks better on my resume and attracts more recruiters in the mentioned FT roles/b-school?
I'd love to hear any opinions from anybody!
