Corporate Recovery

Guys,

I'm doing an internship in Corporate Recovery this summer with a small firm. I will be analyzing financial data of (almost) bankrupt companies. I will also be reading business models/strategies, evaluating whether a company should be bought and at what price. The owner also offered for me to come to network events and seminars on M&A, Corporate Recovery.

WHat do you guys think of this internship? How is this viewed for further internships if I would apply to a bigger firm next year?
