Could someone walk me through the timeline of a Sell-Side M&A deal?

So I know from my last internship that this is generally what happens, but I want to prepare a concise answer for upcoming interviews. Here’s what I have:
-Pitch: this is how we would frame your company, Comprehensive Valuation (Comps, Prec, DCF, Football Field), Experience of individual bankers, Buyer Analysis
-Sign letter of engagement,
-Screen for buyers, They send you IOI, and you send back NDA, then they get to access the Data room (Then they will send you back questions)
-Send out CIMs
-Bid-deadlines, 15-20 buyers will submit their bids
-Then narrow it down, take the top 5 buyers (Generally). Move these buyers on, keep fulfilling their data requests
-Second bid deadline, usually the highest bid will win
-Then sit down with the buyer and sellers, how much debt or equity, overhauling the management, will previous manager stay on as CEO? Etc.
-Close deal
