Cowen vs TD vs PJ solomon
I managed to obtain FT IB analyst offers at these three shops (all NYC), as a rising senior (I interned elsewhere).
To clarify, I’m interested in working at one of these places long term, not for the potential exits. I understand there’s variance between groups at most firms.
Any advice/recommendations/opinions or opinions from people in the industry would be greatly appreciated.
PJS should be the best ticket here for career banker path. On an absolute tear with growth and new hires as well.
Heard culture has changed a bit due to the rapid growth, but imagine it still is the best bang for your buck if you’re in it for the long run.
Depending on group, Blair may be better for buyside placement if that is a consideration. Although I’m guessing it’s not too different from what pjs offers, just lower visibility given historically smaller network / sample size of analyst exits there.
