CRE Acquisitions Analyst Interview - No CRE Experience
Hey everyone,
I have an interview with a large Canadian real estate firm's acquisitions team which generally runs very lean (1 director and a handful of associates/analysts). Coming out of undergrad I have a year of experience in trading and total fund management at a well know Pension which the firm i'm interviewing with is a subsidiary of.
Given I have no CRE experience (but I've been doing my homework and am comfortable with valuations), how should I best pitch myself to compete with other applicants that likely have CRE/private markets experience?
Any insights/thoughts would be much appreciated.
