What do you think about the GMSG (global market solutions group) Credit Suisse division?
It's a group within IBD at CS. Pay is good but not nearly that of any coverage/industry groups within IB. ECM and DCM market the deals that IB literally does so the hours are way better. Few exit opps though. ECM/DCM analysts could try hard to get a third year within IB then make the buy-side move like anyone else that's normal. Or else, you're stuck in GMSG.
