Credit Suisse IBD SA NYC Salary
Does anyone know how much Credit Suisse pays its summer analysts in IBD? I heard that they pay 1.5x for overtime, but if anyone has any insight, I would greatly appreciate it.

Shouldn't you know / why would you care about SA salaries if you're an incoming analyst at CS?
Interested as well.
Who gives a fuck??? It's an SA job. Just wait for the fucking offer letter, if you get it.
I'd heard that the 1.5x overtime thing was something they did in their CA offices (per state laws on overtime/salary there), didn't think it was for NYC. Could be wrong though.
I heard the 1.5x for both NYC and CA offices.
Any insight is very much appreciated.
it's .5x after X hours a week (your prorated 70k would be this first X amount of hours; I forget if it was 40 or ~60) IF they give you overtime pay. some banks don't by classifying you as exempt.
It is .5x. Same with UBS/Barclays.
So how much would a CS SA get paid?
70K prorated like every other bank + .5x overtime, do the calculation.
BAML is 1.5x overtime but it is not 70K prorated, UBS and Barc are .5x. GS and MS do not do overtime
It's 1.5x overtime.
MS does overtime. 0.5 i believe.
I have a friend who worked as a SA at CS IB in San Francisco this past summer and he said that all of the Summer Analysts in California get paid hourly based on a 70k base, 1.5x for OT, and 2x for any hours worked over 12 in one day. The SA's at CS in any other state such at New York get paid the same for the first 40 hours worked but only get paid 0.5x for OT. California is unique in it's state law structure for OT.
can someone elaborate what the actual all-in pay tends to be for BB SAs? 15-20k? not sure exactly how prorating works. is there a signing bonus? what about SA pay at regional offices, is it the same as NY?
