Does anyone have any insights into the process? Do you need a referral in order to get interviews or is it just based on resume/CV. Also if anyone knew how far they are into the process that would be greatly appreciated.

I am only seeing the application for the houston office still up. This could mean all the other offices are already doing interviews. IDK tho.
Have first round interview for S&T on 13th. Finished the assessments on the 5th and invited the 7th.

Anyone got interviews after assessment?
Recruiter said that they may start to send out interviews mid October. They won't be sending any out before the deadline
