CS Diversity Division HELPP

Hi guys, I got accepted for the Women’s diversity program for both Cap Markets and S&T at Credit Suisse and idk which one to choose!! I’m an international student at a target, both offers are in the NYC office and I really need a full time offer. Any help is appreciated!

full disclosure, I am an incoming intern so don't have direct experience, but I have heard ECM and DCM are generally better at work-life balance than the normal IB groups. Not as good as S&T but very good nonetheless. Having said that groups like tech-ECM are still getting worked very hard as far as I know. That's partly due to WFH and also a lot due to the share amount of deal-flow.

As a fellow international student, I suggest that you focus on work-life balance slightly less given there are only so many companies that sponsor, and if you filter out the bigger opps you'll find yourself out of many options (I myself am headed to one of the top groups that has one of the worst WLBs). CS is one of the biggest firms that still sponsor so I would re-iterate the suggestion of choosing CapMarkets over S&T for the reasons given above.
