CS Private Fund Group to Hedge Fund

Hey,

Just wondering how realistic it is to exit into a Hedge Fund from Credit Suisse's Private Fund Group. What steps would one need to take to increase the likelihood of a successful transition? Who should one work on impressing, what certifications should one obtain, etc. ?

Thanks for any and all responses
