Cultural differences at BMO?

Hello,
I have an upcoming interview with BMO for a DCM position and I was wondering if anyone had some information on cultural differences there for that "Why Us?" question. I know that the bank is smaller and more nimble which excites me, but is there anything else that I could talk about as well?
Thanks

Yes, Chicago office. I was going to touch on the increased independence, responsibility and access to more senior level people as well, something I came to learn I appreciated at the firm I interned at last summer. Any truth to those as well?

I fill find out soon. Was more of a conversation than an interview which was expected. Phone interviews are always a little more difficult because its harder to get a read on the person you are talking with, so there were some awkward pauses. Otherwise though, I think that it went well and I am waiting to hear back for the next step.
