Current Immigration Status Meaning?
Excuse my lack of knowledge but what would a Canadian university student applying to summer internships in the US put for "current immigration status"? Also, would I require a TN1? Trying to understand what type of visa I would need. Thanks
i thought it would be something like' non-immigrant with authority to work' or something like that... not sure if TN qualifies for banking now since there has been some policy change since 2017 i believe. if something has further insights I'd like to know as well
