I am currently an intern at HSBC (Germany) in Equity Research. Now 1 month is over and I know it is no my destination.
After the work, I always read some currency reports. It really interesting.
I want to do an internship at FX Trading, but not sure how to ask my boss or ask employees in FX Trading for an internship. Should I write them an email?
How you would handle this situation?

Don't ask to switch your internship in the middle of your internship. After your internship, have a conversation with your program lead or whomever to talk about opportunities in FX Trading.
Also use your position to network with the FX Traders.
Hi, can you tell me how to network with them? Should I ask them to have lunch or whether I can join them for 1 day Moreover, I met a MD (Institutional Sales) who knows people at Deutsche and Citigroup at FX trading. How should I approach him? Should I tell him whether he can forward my CV?
