I was curious to see how you guys view acquisitions and how you guys start on doing your DD once a property is under contract. My firm does not do enough DD imo, and when it comes time to raise funds from institutional level capital I feel like we are always lacking in what they request. For people that lead acquisitions from winning a bid to the close, what is your DD checklist that you follow throughout the process?
