Debt Brokers/Lenders- CRM?

Debt Brokers/Lenders- how do you manage your rolodex? Do you have your list of contacts in excel? Or use a CRM? If you use a CRM, if you can share what you like about them would be very helpful. Appreciate it.

Not a debt broker nor lender.. but kvCore is awesome.

All of the Debt guys (DSF) at CBRE use a version of Salesforce, some of the investment sales teams also use the same.

HFF last I heard was also using a version of Salesforce.

From my experience bigger teams usually use a customized version of Salesforce, and a lot of smaller teams will use anything from an online rolodex to excel.

Salesforce is only $25/month for one person. Considering how productive it can make you, that’s a good deal. Your firm might have rules that prohibit an individual from using it (could run amok of compliance). I’m not a lender but I do pay for a single-seat version of it and it’s good. The nerdier you are with customizing your processes, the more useful it will be for you.
