You’re going to have to provide more information on both roles besides that one does debt and one does equity for anyone to provide any thoughts.
It’s for the same company
We still need more info. A debt role could be loan originations or loan asset management. An equity role could mean acquisitions, asset management, development. What will you be lending on or buying on, what are your long term goals. Just knowing it’s debt or equity, way too open ended to provide an answer.
