This isn't hard at all IMO lol, rates are low these days, company has a credit crunch coming - just refi some of their outstanding debt
EDIT: also consider the potential for a D/E swap as well
I feel like there are other approaches to answering OP's question that are prob more detailed than "just refi the loan".
