Deciding between 2 schools - UNC KF and Cornell CAS

Hey guys I am a sophomore at UNC Chapel Hill and I am in the business school here. I applied as a spring transfer to Cornell CAS and was wondering what I should do in terms of school. I have a few days to decide if I want to go to Cornell and was wondering if it was worth it? My current GPA (after this semester so 3 semesters) is about a 3.7. Will I be able to survive the difficulty increase at Cornell or would it be better to have a high GPA at KF (grade inflation) versus being average at Cornell?

I want to do investment banking and then hopefully work at a Hedgefund in the distant future. Anyone here that can offer some advice?

Kenan Flagler?

Why would you transfer as a near-junior just so you can take a hit in your GPA and hope that you get some type of "competitive edge" in the future?

I will say it seems like you've already made up your mind and want that Ivy League pin on your chest...hence why you posted this. Luckily if you do decide you'll spend over half your college career there and can adjust to the new environment.

Just realize that KF places well into IB (not just Charlotte, also NY and SF) and imho Cornell isn't a deal breaker such as H/Y/P/S.
