Decision between JPM and Leh
I have two summer analyst offers - JPM San Fran and Leh Menlo....
I have some pressure on me to decide quickly and I can't make up my mind. What do you all think?

Pick where you like the people/location and leverage it to GS,CS,MS,UBS after your summer.
Agree with the point about picking with the people you like.
Disagree that that UBS and CS are better options than JPM or LEH.
why would s/he want to do that?
makes no sense...
I'm not going to have a chance to meet with the Lehman folks because they're not having a sell day (and furthermore, they are on the Westcoast and I live on the East coast)
I was favorably impressed with the JPM people, but I don't feel like I can choose them over Leh just because I haven't met the Leh people.
On most league tables, their rankings are pretty similar, but is there any info about how their west coast offices perform?
Brutal. You guys need to read BBM&A's post. He's talking about west coast banking where those four are all better than JPM and LEH.
No one cares about league tables for the millionth time. LEH is arguably better than UBS and CS in NY but definetely not on the west coast. Also, they lost Woody Young which was one of the biggest reason LEH went from an ok bank to a stellar bank.
If your goal is westcoast do what BBM&A said. If you want east coast I would suggest doing the same thing for the summer and trying to leverage to a NY office of same clout.
