Delay Graduation?

I'm a current junior student-athlete at a semi-target with a 3.5+ GPA. I went through 2021 SA recruiting very timidly but managed to land a few interviews and a superday. I didn't prepare effectively enough nor cast wide enough a net and thus haven't received an offer.

Previously, banking wasn't something I was super confident I wanted to pursue. I've had the chance to intern (only 10-20 hours a week) at a very small PE shop throughout this Winter and plan on continuing this throughout the Spring in conjunction with class; this experience has solidified my desire to start my career off in banking. I feel like I'm much more prepared and familiar with the industry and I've also managed to increase my GPA to a 3.5+ from a ~3.35 with a 4.0 which I think will help my cold calling efforts.

I've been thinking, would it be worth it to pursue a Spring or Fall internship thus delaying my graduation to allow me to go through the SA recruiting cycle again? In interviews I could spin it as me wanting to have more experience before entering the world in banking and it would allow my to play another season in my sport. My other past internship was working in the portfolio analytics group of an asset management company and wasn't formalized.

Let me know if you think I should start seeking out Fall/Spring internships or whether I should still be trying to pursue a 2021 SA gig, I'm currently chasing a few leads but am unsure if anything will come of them.
