Recently got off meds for anxiety, here’s what helped me:

Cut down on alcohol, try to avoid heavy drinking especially, definitely makes things worse in the days after.

Similarly, cut down on caffeine. That second cup of coffee may help you focus but it will probably cause your anxiety to spike. If you can, try to cut it out entirely for a while and see if it helps.

Exercise. For me, going on a run helps a lot, but do what works for you. Whatever you do, just make sure it’s difficult and tiring, and do it at least a few times a week.

If you feel like it might help, try therapy. If you bring the right mentality into it it can help a lot, but if you think it’s bullshit it probably will be. Cognitive behavioral therapy helps you recognize thought loops that cause anxiety and break them.

If you work at it anxiety is something you can learn to manage, and doesn’t have to be forever.
