I'm struggling to see the problem here. THC is out of most people's system in less than 2 weeks. Unless he'll be hair tested I don't see what he's worried about. Clearly, that's not the greatest decision in the world on his part but, unless he's fat he should be good.
If he is fat or overly paranoid about it. Run a couple miles once or twice a day, hyper-hydrate, and hit the sauna. He could also test himself to make sure its cleared his system.
Although irrational, he is worried they may drug test him in the upcoming weeks.
We have a mutual friend who got screwed and sent a drug test with 72 hour deadline for a commercial RE bank gig in upstate NYC last semester and I think he thinks it could happen at the IB.
He is kinda fat lol so that probably adds to his fears considering how THC metabolites are stored in fat cells.
I truly feel bad for him cause he is worried but at the same time I think he should be good.
How fat is he?
If he's a little chubby, he should be ok, if he looks like an offensive lineman he probably needs to start running to be safe,
In any case, I'd tell him to get on the treadmill or stop bothering you about it. I have known many people that have passed drug tests with less with 24 hours notice.
