Deloitte: Accelerated Promotion from BTA to Consultant in 1 year
Hi All,
I was hoping to get some advice on whether or not I should pursue an accelerated promotion from BTA to Consultant in 1 year. The leadership on my team are supportive of it but have told me that if I choose to do so, I will be expected to stay on my project for a while and the expectations for me will increase significantly. Also, apparently the salary jump is not that high either. Do you all think it’s worth it to pursue this accelerated promotion? Are there significant benefits?
