Deloitte S&o: Finance v Strategy

I am anticipating an offer to join the Finance practice of Deloitte S&O. I was told during conversations with the recruiter that if I do well there it would be possible to move into the Strategy practice down the road. Additionally, I was told the Strategy practice does not take MBA hires, but instead be everyone hasn't to spend some time in the other practice areas first before making the move internally.

1- Can anyone comment/verify this?

2 - Also I am under the impression that Deloitte Monitor and Deloitte S&O strategy are the same thing.. please corrrct me if I am wrong.

3 - Lastly, I am debating between this (expected) offer and S& FS, so if anyone has an opinion on that, let me know
