Qualifications
As an intern, you will be supporting asset and liability modeling, and hedging strategies analysis. You might also assist in providing analytical support to the entire product life cycle from the capital market perspective, such as market consistent pricing, strategy design and hedge effectiveness analysis.
This position requires a high level of commitment to the task, the ability to work independently with periods of minimal supervision, and a strong sense of ownership for data integrity and accuracy. Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with VBA and/or Microsoft Access/SQL is helpful. A background in finance, math or actuarial science preferred but not required. Ability to develop spreadsheets and computer programs to perform calculations required
