Did I screw my interview?

I had on my resume that one of my hobbies is jigsaw puzzles. The interviewer asked me the biggest sizes I have done.

Interviewer: so whats the biggest size of jigsaw puzzles you have done?
Me: 200 by 200
Interviewer: wow thats huge
Me: its not that huge.

Of course, i meant 200 pieces, not 40000 pieces. I realized that i made this mistake after the conversation. I wrote him a thank you email and explained about this in the email.

Do you think i will be labeled as a liar? Or would they trust my email?

Thank you!

You've overthought this. People make mistakes and it doesn't make them a liar. You didn't overstate your job qualifications - you were talking about a hobby. No one was going to go and demand proof that you completed a 200x200 piece puzzle. I expect the interviewer forgot about it before he left the room. Hate to say it, but I suspect the real mistake was calling back to this in the follow-up email and making it a bigger deal than it had to be.
