Difference between Associate & VP?
Hello board:
I'm still pretty new on the board and started in PE earlier this year. I realize the answer to this question will differ and vary from firm to firm but I was wondering what most see as the difference in responsibilities for an associate and a VP? Is it just a mastery of the associate skills and a certain amount of independence while still working under an MD?
Thanks in advance!
