No offense of course, but seriously, WallStreetOasis.com is probably not the best place for that inquiry. It's all information readily available on Google, and being a member seems to imply an interest if not basic understanding of the structure of finance. Trying to save you getting brutally flamed in the future.

retail is actually focused more on individuals while commercial relates to businesses. the commercial bank within a diversified institution like jpm/c/baml/wfc houses both of these outfits
