Difficult decisions to make...

I am wrapping up my MBA from a top business school. Background is 2/2+ IB/PE...
So I am in a decent situation... I dont want to go back to IB however, I have a couple gigs on the back burner....

I am in the process with a PE firm $500m AUM (first fund) and a Fortune 100 Corp Dev position (on the low side of 100). The PE shop is new; however, I expect great things from the partners' track record. The Corp Dev position is with a stellar company, has a recognized brand and the team is verrrry polished. Not your typical 3-5 person Corp Dev team.

Obviously, this website will tell me to go with the PEG.. and I typically would say PE all the way as well... But for some reason Corp Dev is making my decision difficult... but what do you all think? No name small PE shop or huge company corp dev?

Billion dollar deals or sub-100m dollar deals?

Compensation isn't a deciding factor for me.

Work life balance will actually be worse in the CorpDev role so that isnt a normal consideration.

Excuse the grammar....
