Dilemma. Would you hire him?

Hello dear corporate fat cats,

I'm curious to know what you'd do in the following scenario:

You hold a senior position at a top M&A advisory firm, within a team in urgent need of a strong and well-rounded first year analyst. One of your good friends introduces you to a student that is very eager to join the world of high finance, and that has a particular interest in joining the shop and team you are working for.

You invite him to your offices so that you can meet him for a chat over a coffee.

Him:

  • Humble, intellectually curious, ambitious, asks good questions;
  • Very harsh upbringing but never gave up on his dream of getting accepted at his dream university;
  • Got accepted at his dream university (and 7 other ivy league schools);
  • Graduated summa cum laude;
  • Member of MENSA;
  • Speaks 6 languages (9 if you count the programming ones);
  • Travelled 80+ countries;
  • Volunteered at humanitarian aid NGOs every summer since he was 12;
  • Co-founded a start-up in his dorm that created hundreds of jobs;
  • Selected for Forbes 30 under 30;
  • Water polo olympic gold medalist;
  • Won "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" (twice);
  • Met Kendall Jenner at a party and slept with her the same night;
  • Is good friends with Will Smith (and rejected a call from him while meeting you)
  • Non-vegan;
  • Last but not least, has offers from BBBs, MBBs, Federal Reserve and Navy Seals.

However.. he showed up to your meeting wearing this

Would you hire him or not?

Let me know your thoughts.
