I will be interning at asoon. My dyslexia was brought up by the HR in the pre-employment screening. They asked me to provide some documents regarding it, which I did.
I was wondering if you have some experiences with such issues. Could it adversely impact the team allocation/FT hiring?
I don't think it would affect my performance on the job. Inot S&T, hence in the worst case scenario I'd just need to grind a bit more harder than the others. However, I am not sure how information about a such disability would be view be senior bankers.
