Do any of you ever feel like you have no idea WTF you are doing at your job?
This most likely applies to younger folks early in their careers. I am in my mid-20s, have made a couple of lateral analyst moves to get into the line of business I enjoy. Each time, it's taken me well over a year to confidently say I know what I am doing.
For example, when working on a project or a deal, I know HOW to answer questions (the technical stuff is easy), but I do not know WHAT questions to ask. I suppose it takes years of experience to get to that point. How do you all cope?
