@"TraderDaily" isn't really right. On the assumption you're talking about SA positions (the only time anyone cares about target vs. non-target), a bank will usually have 2-3 superdays that are exclusively for non-target kids, and each one of these will have a maximum capacity. So in short, yes.

it varies bank to bank and school to school.

some banks / targets will have "superdays" on the school's campus and candidates never need to step foot in the bank to get offers.

Other times they will bring all of their NYU/Wharton/*insert other target school here* candidates to the bank for the superday before giving out offers.

generally speaking target kids end up going to the bank for their final round superdays as well
