Do full time analysts who fail training open up new spots in the class?

Hey all,

Quick question: If a handful or even a select few people from a full time IB analyst class fail out of training somehow or don't pass tests, would it then open up that number of spots for people to fill or would the firm just continue for the year with a few people short. Thank you all in advance.

lol. are you actually worried about this? How the hell did you break in if you're so thoroughly lacking in knowledge/competence?

Honestly, don't stress it... you'd have to be beyond awful to get fired before hitting the desk. If you're that concerned, take some self-help classes for the soft skills or buy Breaking Into Wall St. / Wall St Prep for the technicals...

I am confident and am more than capable. However, i am a worst case scenario kind of worrier. And i was genuinely curious if training is more training or more an overview and evaluation.
