Do I have a good chance at Big 4 consulting with a engineering degree and a good GPA from an average state school?

I am getting my electrical engineering degree from the University of Central Florida. I currently have a 3.3 GPA. What are my chances of an internship at a Big 4 consulting firm in my city? Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG are all offering internships in Orlando.
Not to be a dick, but a 3.3 is not a 'good' GPA in the consulting/finance world. UCF isn't a great school but it does have a reputable engineering program. Deloitte/PWC are out of reach but KPMG and (maybe) EY are probable reachable, given you do some networking. That said, you're asking the wrong question here. You should be most concerned about which companies you're most likely to receive a first-round interview with. Once your foot is in the door, the rest is up to you.
In the meantime, start doing some interview prep and case studies.
So EE isn’t a hot degree for consulting right now. Those who are getting a GPA “pass” are CS and MIS.
I would encourage you to do the +1 yr MS program in engineering and focus on AI, data engineering, or blockchain.
For undergrads, if you don’t have a 3.7+ it’s tough to get a spot, at least at D. A MS with a good GPA (3.8+), with great relevant internship/work experience would get your foot in the door.
Your other option is to work a few years at the best F500 you can get in and network your way in.
Finally, you could also work at a boutique consulting firm and network your way in after 8-12mo of experience
