Do you believe that height determines how effective you can be in a leadership position?
Standing at 5'6" I have always wondered if my height has worked to my disadvantage when I participate in a position of leadership.
However, several top dogs in the world of finance are less then average height.
Lloyd Blankfein is reportedly 5'6" or less. Steven Schwartzmann is said to be about 5'8".
I don't think either of these men have had problems getting people to do things.
Monkey's with less then average height, what has your experience been at work? Do people pay more attention to your words experience, or do you think they pay more attention to your smaller stature?
