Do you include summer 21 experience in resume for SA22 apps? US
So many banks have already picked their SA22 interns. I was wondering do you guys put where you're interning in summer of 21 for these applications even if you havent started at the place yet?
Yes, recruiting is so accelerated nowadays that you're either going to include it or they'll ask about it (most cases). I know this feels kind of weird considering that it isn't really experience but many firms even explicitly state to do so. Make sure you are only briefly mentioning it though - 2 lines at most and maybe one line to summarize role if its a high quality position.
Yes, put incoming.
I had this exact same question, however, I'm a Junior and not a Sophomore for these positions. If I have a current internship for Summer 2021 as a Summer Analyst, should I wait until August to be applying to any of these other SA 2022 roles? The reason I ask is that my firm could potentially offer me a full-time position since they're currently very lean and in a large growth phase, and if I were to receive FT I'd accept that over a SA 2022 role since the work I'd be doing is very interesting to me personally.
