Do you think I screwed up this interview?

I recently had a job interview for a consulting position. A strange and embarrassing situation happened during the interview. In fact, this is one of the most embarrassing things I've ever experienced.

I'm a young woman, and I think I am classy and polite. I showed up to the interview well-dressed with a presentable skirt and handbag. The first half went well, and I think the interviewer was impressed by me. But later on, I felt that I had to poop. If I were at home at this point, I would have gone to the bathroom and pooped. I was panicking inside, and I felt nervous. The interviewer noticed a slight change to my body language, so he asked me if everything's alright. When I answered him, I obviously didn't tell the truth. I lied by saying that I'm alright, and I just have typical interview nerves and jitters. After that, I just kept on speaking and answering his questions. But only a few minutes later, I felt a really strong urge in my rectum and I stopped speaking in the middle of a sentence. My face was contorted and my legs were shaking a bit as I tried to hold it in, and I managed to do it. But at that point, a loud grumbling sound came from my body. It lasted for five to ten seconds. I looked at his facial expression, and he had a dirty smirk on his face, so he knew I had to use the bathroom. Also, this means that I got caught lying in an interview by saying that I was alright. Since I lied, I thought I was done for. But none of us acknowledged this incident, and I just kept going through the interview. I think I did pretty well, and I didn't let that incident affect the rest of the interview.

Do you think I should have said something to acknowledge what happened? Also, do you think I could still get the job?
