First it depends on your condition and the formula. If you have no wrinkles and bags yet, then it can prevent... but once they are there, you need something else.

The best would be drinking soluble collagen. You can buy it in the pharmacy and mix it with either water or milk, just like protein powder. And above all, it can also help your joints and all that stuff.

not gay at all bro. depends entirely on the ingredients and what you're looking for. read the label and research it yourself, don't listen to the bishes at a cosmetic counter/sephora/etc.
