Does anyone else hardly drink water in IB?

I've noticed that I rarely drink actual water. Is this bad? Hopefully a health nut sees this post and can provide advice.

For context, the work fridge is stocked with La Croix (aka deal water), Bais, and other sparkling waters. I drink those and coffee during the day. At home, I buy propel (sugarfree drink), protein shakes, and a few other sparkling waters. I suppose the only time I drink plain water is at the gym.

There is nothing inherently wrong with drinking flavored drinks! When I'm thirsty I find that only water really helps. The only reason this would be a problem is if you are drinking very calorie dense drinks all day which lead to a calorie surplus (gaining fat!). Hope this helps

Worth adding that coffee is fine, but the generally accepted upper limit of caffeine is half a gram/500mg

Health nut checking in - La Croix is totally fine for you, staying hydrated and drinking some type of water is way better than not, or drinking sodas instead. I only drink plain water before bed or at restaurants, sparkling water or unsweetened iced tea all day for me.

If anything the Bais and Propels are a little worse, not a fan of erythritol/stevia. I'd prefer a little bit of real sugar than those "natural" sweeteners - try to stay under 10 grams an item and only have one sweetened drink a day. But that's being picky, Bai drinks aren't derailing your diet by any means.
