Does my spouse 401k account need to be disclosed?
I've recently passed my Series 57 and completed my application at a proprietary trading firm. I was told I needed to disclose my spouse's accounts in addition to mine. He does not have a brokerage trading account, only an IRA and a 401k account. Do both of them need to be disclosed?
I don't have access to those accounts although I would be the beneficiary for the 401k. He doesn't want to disclose.
