Yeah suit might look weird. They know you're at home and you can bet they'll be dressed casually. I would probably just wear a suit jacket or sports coat with no tie but go with whatever you're most comfortable in.

I would dress like you're going for an interview. Even though it's virtual, throw on the suit and dress shoes. I'd ditch the tie because that's a bit overkill for WFH. While I wouldn't wear the jacket, I'd have it thrown over the back of your chair just to make it known you had the jacket and were considering wearing it.
