Dual Credit class effect on MBA

I am in this dual credit world history class, and I want to drop it. I took this class because I wanted to boost my gpa. The class is not hard; I just believe my time can be used better. This class is super time consuming, usually 2 hours a day. COVID-19 has made my high school switch over to pass/fail grades. Essentially, this class will not boost my gpa. I also do not need the credit for this class. At this point, I think the class is useless. My only worry is if dropping the class will negatively affect me during MBA admissions, particularly T15 MBA programs.

It will not. My suggestion to you is that you focus on other ways to make your application stand out, as competition for elite programs is sure to increase as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of applicants to elite programs is inversely related to the global economy’s performance.

We’re talking 730+ GMAT, legitimate extracurriculars such as consistent volunteering, and exceptionally strong reviews at work.

I think i can handle most of the things; Im just not sure about the GMAT since SAT took me a long time to fet a good score. So I should 100% drop this class right? I would rather pour all my time into trading or a startup. I also will not be applying to an MBA for at-least 7 years so I dont think the competition will still be high.
