Due diligence on companies
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any good articles on analyzing the financial statements, in particular cashflow statements?
I am currently performing due diligence on our target companies and have no clue of what to look out for.
Google hasn't provided very useful inputs. Found several useful threads on this forum such as the "On the Job With Simple As… My Research Process" but most articles linked are either dead or requires buying from Amazon (I have no issues with this except that the books are unlikely to arrive before my deadline is due). Another one would be "Anatomy of the 10-k".
Thank you!
1.) How'd you get the job if you don't know what you're doing? Good ole boy's club huh? Just remember you're someone's favor to your parents, and not bright or resourceful. 2.) There are a couple short books written by a couple very famous professors/investors about this subject... so you are not very bright in the fact you couldn't 'research.'
