DV Trading

dvtrading dot com is the link but I can't link yet

Hey guys, I am a rising senior at a non target with a 3.85 overall and 3.95 in Econ/Finance with accounting minor. Currently interning at a small firm in chicago that trades CME products such commodities and indexes. My main task are clerking duties such as running the position book, reconciling trades, and bitch work. However, my supervisor is making sure I am gaining a lot of knowledge on options/trading and is trying to make this a learning experience in trading and I already learned so much.

I was wondering how DRW looks. It seems one needs to be a runner/clerk the whole first year before they get to trade. I really want to trade for a firm, preferably within an investment bank, but as a non-target I don't know if I am competitive enough. Going to try to start networking for banks such as BMO as they have HQ in Chicago.
