E3; What game are you most excited about?

Just out of curiosity for those who play games and follow E3, which games are you most excited about to see more of?

Some of the games being showcased at E3 (June 13-15)
Assassins Creed: Origins
Call of Duty: WWII
Crackdown
Days Gone
Destiny 2
Far Cry 5
Final Fantasy VII Remake
God of War
The Last of Us Part II
Middle Earth: Shadow War
NBA 2K18
Need for Speed: Payback
StarWars Battlefront 2

Personally, I really only care about Middle Earth, and Far Cry 5. Once The Last of Us gets ported onto PC, then I'll definitely play it.

Update
So far, pretty lackluster E3. Only thing I'm excited for is "Way Out" because it seems like an interesting co-op game. Was bit disappointed that EA didn't show any Star Wars campaign.

All modern games are atrocities. Essentially zero good games have been made since 1995 and the industry as a whole in terms of quality peaked at 1983 although that year was terrible financially for the industry.

If I had the time/attention to play video games nowadays, I would probably get excited for something open world and free-for-all based like GTA. Something with tons of replay-ability and flexibility where I could act like a complete degenerate and do what I want without having to devote six months of time/energy/attention. Just run shit over, blow shit up, and bludgeon hookers.

I never got to play the original red dead for whatever reason but I always watched gameplays every now and then. I can't wait! & imo I think anything before WWII would be too boring and wouldn't really make sense.. I mean, guns took a minute to reload during the civil war. I'd be hype for them to try Vietnam or the Cold War again. Or something current dealing w/ middle east/russia.

FF7 and FarCry 5

I'm interested in how they treat the Mountain West in this upcoming installment of FarCry. Not a lot of games focus on the US which is understandable since they're mostly made for US/Japanese players looking for escape from their familiar surroundings. Montana has a beautiful skyline and hopefully people who aren't familiar with that part of the country are intrigued to learn that a place that can be an elaborate videogame setting is actually right here in the US.

I also really like (at least in theory) the religious/militaristic aspect with the sprinkling of cult leadership as the central antagonist(s). I think that will help people make that connection of, oh shit, our country has terries that need "draxxin in they sklounst" just like the rest of the world.

I never really got in FF7. I do agree with your FarCry 5 comments, I'm also interested in that, as well as how they plan to spice up the series.

Just an Undergrad trying to get a job. Something you disagree or dislike about my posts? Let me know by PM'ing me or commenting constructive criticism.

ME. I actually hate playing on consoles (insert PC master race meme here) and I was so left out when Destiny first came out ;___;

I'm terrified of what they're going to do to The Last of Us. I really liked the ending to the first one and it's just one of those games where a sequel feels like it's going to ruin the premise of the franchise. Sigh.
